The Corporation may use producer groups, cooperative associations, and trade facilities under contracts or for fees.
To conduct its business, the Corporation may use, under a contract or for a fee, committees or associations of producers, cooperative associations owned and controlled by producers, and trade facilities.
The Corporation may, in the conduct of its business, utilize on a contract or fee basis, committees or associations of producers, producer-owned and producer-controlled cooperative associations, and trade facilities.
