The requirements in sections 401, 402, and 404, their amendments, and related Commission rules do not apply to an investment company registered under section 80a–8.
Nothing in section 401, 402, or 404, the amendments made by those sections, or the rules of the Commission under those sections must apply to any investment company registered under section 80a–8 of this title .
