15 U.S.C. § 7713 — Separability

If a court invalidates one provision of this chapter or its application, the rest of the chapter remains effective. The invalid provision also remains effective for other people or circumstances if not invalidated there.
If a provision of this chapter, or its application to a person or circumstance, is held invalid, the rest of the chapter and the provision’s application to other people or circumstances are not affected.
If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this chapter and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected.
