This chapter does not change or weaken the antitrust laws. If this chapter ever conflicts with antitrust law, antitrust law wins.
This section is one undivided provision. Nothing in this chapter, or in the amendments made by this subtitle, can be read to modify, impair, or override the antitrust laws. If there is ever a conflict — whether stated directly or just implied — between this chapter (or its amendments) and the antitrust laws, that conflict must be resolved in favor of the antitrust laws.
Nothing in this chapter or the amendments made by this subtitle 1 shall be construed to modify, impair, or supersede the application of the antitrust laws. Any implied or actual conflict between this chapter and any amendments to this chapter and the antitrust laws shall be resolved in favor of the operation of the antitrust laws.
