This section addresses authority of ferc. It sets out the powers, duties, requirements, rights, limits, or penalties stated in the section.
Nothing in the Wall Street Transparency and Accountability Act of 2010 or the amendments to the Commodity Exchange Act [ 7 U.S.C. 1 et seq.] made by such Act must limit or affect any statutory enforcement authority of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission under section 824v of title 16 and section 717c–1 of this title that existed before July 21, 2010 .
