This section requires collaboration with regulators, higher-education institutions, research institutions, and other expert stakeholders.
In carrying out this subchapter, the Director* must collaborate with— (1) appropriate Federal and State regulators; (2) institutions of higher education; (3) research institutions; and (4) other expert stakeholders.
