The MBDA Business Center Program is intended to create a nationwide network that helps minority business enterprises obtain resources, grow, and create jobs.
The purpose of the MBDA Business Center Program* is to create a national network of public-private partnerships that: (1) help minority business enterprises (A) access capital, contracts, and grants and (B) create and keep jobs; (2) provide counseling and mentoring; and (3) help them grow by promoting trade.
The purpose of the MBDA Business Center Program* shall be to create a national network of public-private partnerships that—
assist minority business enterprises in—
accessing capital, contracts, and grants; and
creating and maintaining jobs;
provide counseling and mentoring to minority business enterprises; and
facilitate the growth of minority business enterprises by promoting trade.
