This section requires existing MBDA Business Center awards to be carried out in a way that prevents disruption of activities as much as practicable.
The Under Secretary* must ensure that each Federal assistance award made under the Business Centers program of the Agency*, as is in effect on the day before November 15, 2021 , is carried out in a manner that, to the greatest extent practicable, prevents disruption of any activity carried out under that award.
This section does not define terms that it uses without defining.
