This section requires a report about efforts to serve minority business enterprises in States without an MBDA Business Center and recommendations for reaching underserved areas.
by 1 year after November 15, 2021 , the Under Secretary* must submit to the appropriate congressional committees* a report that includes:
(1) a summary of the efforts of the Under Secretary* to provide services to minority business enterprises located in States that lack an MBDA Business Center*, as of November 15, 2021 , and especially in those States that have significant minority populations; and
(2) recommendations for extending the outreach of the Agency* to underserved areas.
This section does not define terms that it uses without defining.
Not later than 1 year after November 15, 2021, the Under Secretary* shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees* a report that includes—
a summary of the efforts of the Under Secretary* to provide services to minority business enterprises located in States that lack an MBDA Business Center*, as of November 15, 2021, and especially in those States that have significant minority populations; and
recommendations for extending the outreach of the Agency* to underserved areas.
