This section defines the Roosevelt Campobello International Park Commission and identifies its United States and Canadian members.
For this chapter: (a) “Commission” means the Roosevelt Campobello International Park Commission. (b) “United States members” are Commission members appointed by the President. “Canadian members” are Commission members appointed by the appropriate Canadian authorities.
For the purposes of this chapter:
The term “Commission” means the Roosevelt Campobello International Park Commission.
The term “United States members” means members of the Commission appointed by the President. The term “Canadian members” means members of the Commission appointed by the appropriate authorities in Canada.
