This law protects valid existing land claims — homesteads, mineral claims, rights of way, and others — from being affected by the park's revised boundaries. Claim holders keep their full right to use and enjoy their land.
This law protects existing legal claims on land affected by the park's revised boundaries. Nothing in the boundary-revision law affects any valid existing claim, location, or entry under the land laws of the United States — whether for a homestead, a mineral right of way, or any other purpose whatsoever. It also does not affect the right of the claimant, locator, or entryman who holds that claim to the full use and enjoyment of their land.
Nothing herein contained shall affect any valid existing claim, location, or entry under the land laws of the United States, whether for homestead, mineral right of way, or any other purposes whatsoever, or shall affect the right of any such claimant, locator, or entryman to the full use and enjoyment of his land.
