This chapter aims to encourage energy conservation by electric utilities, efficient use of their facilities and resources, and fair rates for electric consumers.
The purposes of this chapter are to encourage (1) conservation of energy supplied by electric utilities; (2) the most efficient use of electric utilities' facilities and resources; and (3) equitable rates for electric consumers.
The purposes of this chapter are to encourage—
conservation of energy supplied by electric utilities;
the optimization of the efficiency of use of facilities and resources by electric utilities; and
equitable rates to electric consumers.
