16 U.S.C. § 2809 — Authorizations for appropriations

For purposes of carrying out the provisions of this chapter, there are authorized to be appropriated—
to the Department of Agriculture, $1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1991 through 2023;
to the Department of Commerce, $1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1991 through 2023; and
to the Department of 1 Interior, $1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 1991 through 2023.
Funds authorized by this section shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, funds authorized by any other Act.
