The Secretary of the Interior runs Guadalupe Mountains National Park. The Secretary follows the general law that governs all national parks.
The Secretary of the Interior administers Guadalupe Mountains National Park. The Secretary must follow the Act of August 25, 1916 (the law that created the National Park Service, found at 39 Stat. 535 and 16 U.S.C. 1–4), including any later amendments and additions to that law.
The Guadalupe Mountains National Park shall be administered by the Secretary of the Interior in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 25, 1916 (39 Stat. 535; 16 U.S.C. 1–4),1 as amended and supplemented.
