This law expands Zion National Park to match a specific official map. The Secretary of the Interior can only add this land by accepting it as a donation. The map is kept on file for the public to view.
Zion National Park's boundary is expanded to include the area shown on a specific map, titled "Land Ownership Types, Zion National Park, Utah" and numbered 116–80,003. Anyone can view this map at the National Park Service offices, part of the Department of the Interior.
The Secretary of the Interior can only get this added land through donation — not by purchase or any other method.
The boundary of Zion National Park is hereby revised to include the area as generally depicted on the map entitled “Land Ownership Types, Zion National Park, Utah”, numbered 116–80,003, which map shall be on file and available for public inspection in the offices of the National Park Service, Department of the Interior. The Secretary of the Interior may acquire the property included by this section by donation only.
