The Secretary can build a replica of the Graff House on that site, using donated money, and then keep it maintained.
This section lets the Secretary build and maintain a replica of the Graff House.
The Secretary is authorized to build, using donated funds, a replica of the Graff House on the site described in the previous section, and to furnish and maintain that replica.
The Secretary is further authorized to erect on the site aforesaid, with donated funds, a replica of the Graff House and to furnish and maintain the same.
