16 U.S.C. § 409h — Administration of additional lands

This law says land bought under section 409g becomes part of Morristown National Historical Park and follows that park's rules, unless the land is instead exchanged under section 409g.
Land acquired under this section and under section 409g of this title becomes part of Morristown National Historical Park. It must be run according to the laws and regulations that apply to that park — unless the land was instead exchanged under section 409g, in which case this rule doesn't apply to it.
Lands acquired pursuant to this section and section 409g of this title, unless exchanged pursuant to section 409g of this title, shall constitute a part of the Morristown National Historical Park, and be administered in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to such park.
