Congress may spend up to $5,422,000 to buy land for, and develop, the Golden Spike National Historic Site.
Congress authorizes spending whatever sums are needed — but not more than $5,422,000 total — to acquire land and interests in land and to develop the Golden Spike National Historic Site, under sections 410cccc through 410cccc–2 of this title.
There are hereby authorized to be appropriated such sums, but not more than $5,422,000, as may be necessary for the acquisition of land and interests in land and for the development of the Golden Spike National Historic Site 1 pursuant to sections 410cccc to 410cccc–2 of this title.
