Congress may provide whatever money is necessary to carry out the law creating and running the Salt River Bay National Historical Park and Ecological Preserve.
Congress authorizes appropriating whatever sums are necessary to carry out this subchapter — the law establishing and running the Salt River Bay National Historical Park and Ecological Preserve at St. Croix, Virgin Islands.
There is authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out this subchapter.
