16 U.S.C. § 410vv–1 — Establishment

(a) In general: Congress creates the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park, called "the park," as a National Park System unit in Windsor County, Vermont. (b) Boundaries and map: (1) The park has two zones: a historic zone of about 555 acres, including the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller Mansion, its surrounding buildings, and part of the area called "Mt. Tom"; and a protection zone of about 88 acres, including the area now used by the Billings Farm and Museum. Both zones are shown on the map "Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park Boundary Map," dated November 19, 1991. (2) This map must be kept on file and open for public inspection at National Park Service, Department of the Interior offices.
