Any federal agency whose activities directly affect Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park must consult, cooperate, and coordinate with the Secretary of the Interior as much as possible. Those activities must also follow the standards set in the park's preservation and development plan and must try to avoid harming the park's historic resources.
Any Federal entity conducting or supporting activities directly affecting the park shall—
consult with, cooperate with, and to the maximum extent practicable, coordinate its activities with the Secretary; and
conduct or support such activities in a manner which—
to the maximum extent practicable is consistent with the standards and criteria established pursuant to section 410ww–22(b)(9) of this title; and
to the maximum extent practicable will not have an adverse effect on the historic resources of the park.
