Congress can appropriate whatever money is needed to carry out sections 423l-1 through 423l-6. No specific dollar limit is set.
This section authorizes Congress to appropriate as much money as is necessary to carry out sections 423l-1 through 423l-6 of this title — the sections governing the Richmond National Battlefield Park. Unlike some of the acquisition sections nearby, it sets no dollar cap.
There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out sections 423l–1 to 423l–6 of this title.
