The "Tupelo National Battlefield site" is renamed the Tupelo National Battlefield. It's still run under the 1916 law that created the National Park Service.

What was called the "Tupelo National Battlefield site" is redesignated as the Tupelo National Battlefield. It continues to be administered under the Act of August 25, 1916 — the law that established the National Park Service — as that law has been amended and supplemented since.
The Tupelo National Battlefield site is redesignated the Tupelo National Battlefield which shall continue to be administered pursuant to the Act of August 25, 1916 (39 Stat. 535), as amended and supplemented, entitled “An Act to establish a National Park Service, and for other purposes.” 1
