Congress may spend whatever money is needed to carry out sections 430aa through 430ee of this title. This section does not set a dollar limit.
This section lets Congress appropriate — that is, set aside — as much money as is needed. That money pays for carrying out sections 430aa through 430ee of this title. The section does not name a specific dollar amount; it just gives Congress the authority to fund those sections as needed.
There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of sections 430aa to 430ee of this title.
