This section requires coordination of activities outside the United States with officials and organizations as the President requires. It also permits technical, financial, equipment, and facility assistance without reimbursement.
(a) Coordination of activities The Secretary* must coordinate all activities outside of the United States under this chapter with other Federal officials, departments, agencies, and international organizations, as the President may require. (b) Assistance The Secretary may provide assistance, as determined appropriate by the Secretary to carry out this chapter, including technical and financial assistance, equipment, and facilities without reimbursement.
