The Secretary of the Army may delegate his authority under this subchapter to any Army officer or employee. That person must follow rules the Secretary approves.
The Secretary of the Army may delegate any authority this subchapter gives him to any officer or employee of the Department of the Army. Whoever receives that delegated authority must use it under rules and regulations the Secretary approves.
The Secretary of the Army may delegate any authority conferred upon him by this subchapter to any officer or employee of the Department of the Army. Any such officer or employee shall exercise the authority so delegated under rules and regulations approved by the Secretary.
