16 U.S.C. § 460lll–48 — Tennessee Valley Authority transfer costs

This law says how TVA pays for costs from transferring the Recreation Area. Those costs must come from the funding sources listed in section 460lll–49. No other funding source may be used for them.
Any costs that the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has because of the transfer under this part must be paid from the funding described in section 460lll–49 of this title. That section lists the specific funding sources TVA may draw on to cover these transfer-related costs.
Any costs incurred by Tennessee Valley Authority associated with the transfer under this part shall be derived from funding described in section 460lll–49 of this title.
