16 U.S.C. § 460qqq–2 — Establishment

(a) In general. For the purpose described in section 460qqq of this title, this section establishes in the State a conservation area called the Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area. (b) Area included. The Conservation Area consists of about 57,728 acres of public land in the County, shown on the map. (c) Map and legal description. (1) In general. As soon as practical after November 6, 2002, the Secretary must submit to Congress a map and legal description of the Conservation Area. (2) Effect. The map and legal description have the same legal force as if written into this section, except the Secretary may correct minor errors. (3) Public availability. A copy of the map and legal description stays on file for public inspection at the appropriate Bureau of Land Management office.
