Within 180 days, the Secretary must give Henderson two public trail rights-of-way. Both were requested under specific application numbers.
Within 180 days of November 6, 2002, the Secretary must convey to the City of Henderson the public right-of-way requested for public trail purposes under application number N–76312, and the public right-of-way requested for public trail purposes under application number N–65874.
Not later than 180 days after November 6, 2002, the Secretary shall convey to the City of Henderson the public right-of-way requested for public trail purposes under the application numbered N–76312 and the public right-of-way requested for public trail purposes under the application numbered N–65874.
