The acreage figures given in this subchapter are approximate. If there is a discrepancy between a cited acreage and the land actually shown on the referenced maps, the maps control.
The acreage specified in this subchapter is approximate and in the event of discrepancies between cited acreage and the lands depicted on reference maps, the maps shall control.
