16 U.S.C. § 460zzz–2 — Dominguez Canyon Wilderness Area

(a) Under the Wilderness Act, about 66,280 acres of public land in Mesa, Montrose, and Delta Counties, Colorado — roughly shown on the Map — is designated as wilderness and added to the National Wilderness Preservation System, called the "Dominguez Canyon Wilderness Area." (b) Administration of Wilderness. The Secretary manages the Wilderness under the Wilderness Act and this subchapter, except that: (1) any mention in the Wilderness Act of that Act's effective date instead means March 30, 2009; and (2) any mention of the Secretary of Agriculture instead means the Secretary of the Interior.
