16 U.S.C. § 539m–12 — Authorization of appropriations

This section authorizes Congress to appropriate whatever money is necessary to carry out sections 539m to 539m–12 of this title — the group of laws covering the T'uf Shur Bien Preservation Trust Area. This includes money the Forest Service needs to carry out its responsibilities under section 539m–11(c) of this title (acquiring land and compensating the Pueblo). The section does not set a specific dollar amount; it just authorizes funding as needed.
