Subject to valid existing rights, the lands within the Area are withdrawn from mining-law location, entry, and patent. They are also withdrawn from disposition under mineral-leasing laws and their amendments.
Subject to valid existing rights, lands within the Area may not be located, entered, or patented under United States mining laws. They also may not be disposed of under laws about mineral leasing or amendments to those laws.
The lands within the Area, subject to valid existing rights, are hereby withdrawn from location, entry, and patent under the United States mining laws and from disposition under all laws pertaining to mineral leasing and all amendments thereto.
