The Langmuir Research Site is established in New Mexico's Cibola National Forest. Its purposes are to encourage research into atmospheric and astronomical phenomena and preserve conditions needed for that research.
To encourage scientific research into atmospheric processes and astronomical phenomena and preserve the conditions needed for that research, the Langmuir Research Site is established in the Cibola National Forest in New Mexico. The statute later calls it the “research site.”
That in order to encourage scientific research into atmospheric processes and astronomical phenomena, and to preserve conditions necessary for that research, there is hereby established the Langmuir Research Site (hereinafter referred to as the “research site”) in the Cibola National Forest in the State of New Mexico.
