16 U.S.C. § 543h — New spending authority

New spending authority under the cited budget law is effective only to the extent that appropriation Acts provide money for it.
Any new spending authority described in section 6511(c)(2)(A) or (B) of title 2 and provided under sections 543 through 543h is effective in a fiscal year only to the extent, and in the amounts, provided in appropriation Acts.
Any new spending authority described in subsection (c)(2)(A) or (B) of section 651 1 of title 2 which is provided under sections 543 to 543h of this title shall be effective for any fiscal year only to such extent or in such amounts as are provided in appropriation Acts.
