This section defines “Secretaries” for this Act. It means the Secretary of Agriculture acting through the Forest Service’s Chief and the Secretary of the Interior acting through the Bureau of Land Management’s Director.
In this Act, “Secretaries” means each of the following: (1) the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Chief of the Forest Service; and (2) the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management. This section does not otherwise define the term.
In this Act, the term “Secretaries” means each of—
the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Chief of the Forest Service; and
the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management.
