The Interior and Agriculture Secretaries may take needed actions and issue needed rules to perform their respective duties under this subchapter.
The Interior Secretary and the Agriculture Secretary may take any actions and issue any rules and regulations needed and proper to perform their respective functions under this subchapter and to put this subchapter fully into effect.
The Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture are authorized to perform any and all Acts 1 and to make such rules and regulations as may be necessary and proper for the purpose of carrying out their respective functions under this subchapter and for the purpose of carrying the provisions of this subchapter into full force and effect.
