The Secretary of the Interior may issue timber-cutting permits to citizens of two Utah counties for specified uses and transport to those counties.
The Secretary of the Interior may issue permits under section 607 of this title to citizens of Washington County and Kane County, Utah. The permits may let them cut timber on public lands in Mohave and Coconino Counties, Arizona, for agricultural, mining, or other household purposes, and take the cut timber to those Utah counties.
It shall be lawful for the Secretary of the Interior to grant permits under the provisions of section 607 of this title, to citizens of Washington County and of Kane County, Utah, to cut timber on the public lands of the counties of Mohave and Coconino, Arizona, for agricultural, mining, or other domestic purposes, and remove the timber so cut to said Washington County and Kane County, Utah.
