The authority each Secretary has under this subchapter supplements the authority provided under other laws. It does not replace that other authority.
The authority provided to each Secretary* under this subchapter is additional to, and does not replace, authority provided to the Secretaries under any other law.
The authority provided to each Secretary* under this subchapter is supplemental to, and not in lieu of, any authority provided to the Secretaries under any other law.
