16 U.S.C. § 667c — Publication of designating order

When property is transferred under sections 667b through 667d, the Administrator of General Services must publish an order identifying its required purpose. The order may later be revised in the same way.
Whenever real property is transferred under sections 667b through 667d, the Administrator of General Services must prepare and publish an appropriate order in the Federal Register. The order must identify which purpose listed in section 667b the property must serve. The Administrator may revise the order from time to time through the same process.
Whenever any real property is transferred pursuant to sections 667b to 667d of this title, the Administrator of General Services shall make and have published in the Federal Register an appropriate order, which may be revised from time to time in like manner, designating for which of the purposes specified in section 667b of this title the property so transferred shall be used.
