This section authorizes appropriations for carrying out United States obligations under the agreement and chapter. It authorizes whatever sums are necessary.
There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary* that sums as can be necessary to carry out the obligations of the United States under the Agreement* and this chapter.
There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary* such sums as may be necessary to carry out the obligations of the United States under the Agreement* and this chapter.
