The Secretary of the Interior may authorize importing game-bird eggs for propagation. The Secretary must issue the rules and regulations needed to govern that importation.
The Secretary of the Interior may authorize importing game-bird eggs for propagation. The Secretary must prescribe all necessary rules and regulations governing the importation of those birds’ eggs for that purpose.
The Secretary of the Interior shall have the power to authorize the importation of eggs of game birds for purposes of propagation, and he shall prescribe all necessary rules and regulations governing the importation of eggs of said birds for such purposes.
