The Secretary of the Interior may spend whatever is necessary for personal services to carry out this Act.
To carry out this Act, the Secretary of the Interior may spend whatever amounts the Secretary considers necessary for personal services in the District of Columbia and elsewhere.
In the execution of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior is authorized to make such expenditures for personal services in the District of Columbia and elsewhere as he shall deem necessary.
