Beginning in fiscal year 1999, money private entities provide under reimbursable agreements must be credited to the “Resource Management” account and remains available until spent.
Despite any other law, in fiscal year 1999 and later years, money private entities provide for activities under reimbursable agreements must be credited to the “Resource Management” account. It remains available until spent.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in fiscal year 1999 and thereafter, sums provided by private entities for activities pursuant to reimbursable agreements shall be credited to the “Resource Management” account and shall remain available until expended.
