Beginning in fiscal year 2012, up to $1 million of the amount provided for environmental contaminants may remain available until spent for analyzing contaminant samples.
In fiscal year 2012 and later years, up to $1,000,000 of the amount provided for environmental contaminants may remain available until spent for contaminant sample analyses.
In fiscal year 2012 and hereafter, of the amount provided for environmental contaminants, up to $1,000,000 may remain available until expended for contaminant sample analyses.
