This section addresses “Rules governing issuance of license.” It states the definitions, duties, permissions, limits, conditions, and exceptions set out in the section.
The license issued under the terms of this chapter must be granted in conformance with Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, but if any conflict, the provisions of this chapter must govern in respect of the project herein authorized.
