Congress states that the Federal Government should encourage recreation on Federal recreational lands and waters. This policy applies only to the extent consistent with laws for particular areas, including multiple-use and land-planning requirements.
Congress declares that the Federal Government’s policy is to foster and encourage recreation on Federal recreational lands and waters*, as long as doing so is consistent with laws applying to particular areas, including multiple-use mandates and land-management planning requirements.
Congress declares that it is the policy of the Federal Government to foster and encourage recreation on Federal recreational lands and waters*, to the extent consistent with the laws applicable to specific areas of Federal recreational lands and waters, including multiple-use mandates and land management planning requirements.
