18 U.S.C. § 1072 — Concealing escaped prisoner

A person who willfully hides a prisoner after the prisoner escapes from the Attorney General’s custody or a federal prison may be imprisoned for up to three years.
A person who willfully shelters or hides a prisoner after the prisoner escapes from the Attorney General’s custody or from a federal penal or correctional institution may be imprisoned for up to three years.
Whoever willfully harbors or conceals any prisoner after his escape from the custody of the Attorney General or from a Federal penal or correctional institution, shall be imprisoned not more than three years.
