18 U.S.C. § 1364 — Interference with foreign commerce by violence

A person who intends to prevent, interfere with, or obstruct—or tries to prevent, interfere with, or obstruct—the exportation of articles from the United States to foreign countries, and who injures or destroys those articles or the places where they may be while in foreign commerce by fire or explosives, may be fined, imprisoned for up to 20 years, or both.
A person who intends either to prevent, interfere with, or obstruct the exportation of articles from the United States to foreign countries, or to try to prevent, interfere with, or obstruct that exportation, and who injures or destroys those articles or the places where they may be while in foreign commerce by fire or explosives, may be fined under this title, imprisoned for not more than 20 years, or both. This section does not define “foreign commerce“ or “articles.“
Whoever, with intent to prevent, interfere with, or obstruct or attempt to prevent, interfere with, or obstruct the exportation to foreign countries of articles from the United States, injures or destroys, by fire or explosives, such articles or the places where they may be while in such foreign commerce, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.
