18 U.S.C. § 608 — Absent uniformed services voters and overseas voters

Knowingly taking away a right under the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act, or knowingly providing false eligibility information or paying for registration or voting under that Act, is punishable by a fine, up to five years in prison, or both.
(a) Anyone who knowingly deprives or tries to deprive someone of a right under the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act may be fined under this title, imprisoned for up to five years, or both.
(b) Anyone who knowingly gives false information to establish someone’s eligibility to register or vote under that Act, or pays, offers to pay, or accepts payment for registering or voting under it, may be fined under this title, imprisoned for up to five years, or both.
Whoever knowingly deprives or attempts to deprive any person of a right under the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act shall be fined in accordance with this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
Whoever knowingly gives false information for the purpose of establishing the eligibility of any person to register or vote under the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act, or pays or offers to pay, or accepts payment for registering or voting under such Act shall be fined in accordance with this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
